Cléo Lacroix is a Paris-based image maker, stylist, and art director whose Franco-Caribbean heritage profoundly shapes her artistic vision. Her work explores the intersection of fashion, photography, and creative direction, blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary experimentation.

In 2014, she was awarded the Laureate of Elle Solidarité Mode Prize by Fondation ELLE, a distinction that enabled her to pursue a Licence & Master’s degree in Fashion Design at Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) on a full scholarship. She successfully completed her studies and graduated in 2018.

She began her career at Agence Mafia, spending five years in the art direction department developing creative strategies for luxury brands such as Chanel. She later honed her expertise as an assistant fashion designer at Alexander McQueen and Givenchy, before expanding into editorial and digital storytelling. From 2021 to 2023, she worked as an Assistant Fashion Editor in the social networks department at Balenciaga, shaping advertising concepts across digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and WeChat.

Her visual universe is deeply influenced by analogue photography, darkroom processes, and image research, reflecting a rich cultural tapestry that balances heritage with modernity. As a stylist and image consultant, she has collaborated with renowned creatives such as Marc Goehring, Mel Ottenberg, Thom Bettridge, and Laetitia Gimenez, working with brands like Balenciaga, Valentino, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Dior, and contributing to Interview Magazine, SSense, and 032C.

Committed to pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling, Cléo Lacroix sees fashion as a language and imagery as an experience, constantly evolving at the intersection of art and identity.
